Whether you are newly single or have been single for some time, you may find yourself hanging back. Life can seem ‘coupled – up’ and you are not a part of it. Empower yourself and forge a positive identity as a single person – choose your own style
This fun, interactive and welcoming weekend will give you the skills to dress for success, try new clothes and demystify make up application techniques. You will also have the opportunity to challenge your perceptions, boost your self belief and feel great about yourself.
Your ‘confidantes’ for the weekend are specialists in personal image, styling and inner confidence. Kirstie Trasler (www.style-consultant.co.uk) is an experienced image consultant and has helped many women to look good and feel fabulous every day. With her knowledge of colour, styling (how to dress your body shape) and make up, you too can empower yourself to wear the clothes you want to and know you are being true to your personality.
Clare Walters (www.absolute-specialists.co.uk) is a specialist in promoting inner confidence and positivity.

The venue for the weekend is ‘The Waterfront Lodge’ (www.waterfrontlodge.co.uk), Brighouse, West Yorkshire. A wonderful mill town with a mix of shops and cafes in which to browse. The hotel is relaxed and stylish and all bedrooms for the Confidently Single weekends are doubles (with no single supplement!). Its restaurant ‘Prego’ is a buzzing place to be seen with fabulous food and wine.
Although the weekend is structured, it is a weekend for you, so please do not feel you have to participate in every session. The Saturday afternoon has plenty of time given over to you to decide what you would like to do from: shopping with your new found skills, flower arranging, chocolate and fizz, taking in the delights of Brighouse, a confidential one to one with Clare or just putting your feet up!
